About the role
As a Professional Medical Representative, you are the face of Littman to physicians, pharmacists and healthcare institutions. You'll build lasting professional relationships, share accurate product information within regulatory and ethical guidelines, and help make sure our medicines reach the patients who need them.
What you'll do
- Visit physicians, pharmacies and hospitals in your assigned territory according to a call plan
- Present product information accurately and in line with FDA Philippines regulations and ethical promotion standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts
- Achieve sales targets and grow product presence in your territory
- Gather market insights and report them to your manager
- Coordinate with the office on orders, stock availability and customer concerns
- Report any side-effect information you receive to the drug-safety team
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, a life science or a related field
- Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Valid driver's license
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Clear, confident communication
- Exceptional customer service
- Persuasive, resilient and self-motivated
